Jade Racing Kawasaki H2 Specification

Engine:
A hybrid engine incorporating Kawasaki H2 barrels mated to a Kawasaki Z1000 gearbox casing and bottom end by GLS Engineering.

Clutch:
MTC signature slider clutch with forged aluminium clutch basket and a forged slider plate assembly.

Crank:
Originally a Kawasaki H2 crank but now extensively modified to cope with the power output.

Gearbox:
5 speed automatic incorporating an MRE air shifter, gearbox built and designed by Steve French.

Carburetion:
Lectron 46mm Power Jet Carbs.

Ignition System:
NGK spark plugs, Dyna coils and leads. All race electronics modified and designed by Steve French French Injection Racing Electronics.

CCR

Rear Tyre:
Mickey Thompson 'Wrinkle Wall' slick, 26 x 10 x 15

Fuel:
VP C12 and Nitrous Oxide

Oil:
Red Line Synthetic Oil and Activ8 friction reducer.

Coll Rule fibre-glass one piece body, acquired from Steve French, ZZR 1100 front fairing, alloy side panels and a modified Kawasaki front mudguard.

Bridgestone Battleaxe.

Front Braking System:
Grimeca twin piston calliper, Aeroquip hose, EBC green stuff brake pads, DOT 5.1 synthetic racing fluid and Suzuki 260mm drilled disk.

Front Suspension:
Upside down air-assisted forks, adjustable for preload, damping and compression, housed in one off yokes complete with oil damped steering damper. All front suspension components have been designed and manufactured to Jade Racing specifications by Sefton Whitlock.

Chassis:
Duplex cradle Chrome molly chassis designed by Jade Racing and manufactured by Nottingham Custom Cycles.

Engine:
Yamaha RD 400 ported and tuned to Jade Racing specifications by Jerry Collier complete with Titanium bolts.

Cylinder Heads:
Billet head machined and designed by Sefton Whitlock.

Clutch:
Jade Racing designed multi stage lock up clutch complete with carbon fibre clutch cover.

Crank:
Yamaha RD 400, balanced and welded.

Gearbox:
6 speed automatic using 3 selectors incorporating an MRE air shifter, gearbox built and designed by Jerry Collier and Steve French.

Outrigger Plate:
Designed and manufactured by Jerry Collier.

Drive Chain:
Tsubaki 520 heavy duty chain.

Carburetion:
Lectron 38mm Power Jet Carbs, modified by Jerry Collier.

Ignition System:
NGK spark plugs, Dyna coils and leads incorporating a Dyna Shift Minder and shift light, powered by a sealed Yaesu battery. All race electronics modified and designed by Steve French French Injection Racing Electronics.

Exhaust:
Jade Racing specification up and over exhaust manufactured by SPEC Fabrications.

Fuel System:
One off Ally fabricated fuel tank with Pingle Hi-Flow twin outlet fuel tap.

Fuel:
VP C16 race fuel.

Oil:
Red Line Synthetic Oil and Activ8 friction reducer.

Rear Wheel:
Polished CCR 18 inch spun alloy rear wheel with 6.5inch rim.
